The entire house for exclusive use (sleeping 19  people), including the surrounding grounds and facilities. In this case, the following are at your disposal:

 a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for a large group. The kitchen features a gas stove with an oven, a traditional tiled stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich press, blender, as well as pots, pans, and tableware.
 a dining nook with an oval table seating up to 4–6 people, a coffee maker, and a green sofa. Please note! One spot on the sofa belongs to the cat.
 a living room with a long wooden table seating up to 20 people, two sofas, a fireplace with fireside benches, and a TV.
 a shared bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
 a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
 wireless Internet.

Individual rooms. When renting a single room, you have the option to order breakfast from the host. You can enjoy coffee or tea and relax in the shared living room. You are also welcome to use the kitchen shared with the hostess and store food in the refrigerator.

Our guests have access to the large green area surrounding the house:
 an orchard featuring a wooden table and benches, and a small children's playground with a trampoline;
 garden chairs and a table in the shade of old chestnut tree;
 campfire area;
 barbecue grill;
 hammocks and picnic blankets;
 meadow;
 parking.
